After using cart 2 times all wheels kept falling off ! Called company 4 times kept sending wrong wheels and clips!!!

On the older model , not great design on the front wheels, plus the metal pivot post needed stainless steel not aluminium, so it failed . However the customer service rep , fixed it in a Jiffy, two new wheels shipped out pronto, fixing my summer wheels! Thank you

One of the front wheels snapped off after only one season of use. Called to order a replacement part but the part we need is not sold??? Only the wheel itself can be purchased, not the assembly that connects it to the cart. Would not recommend buying this product.

Just opened the box to put the cart together and BOTH front wheels are missing!!!! Also, some of the pieces are already showing rust.

We have had our WW for over 20 years. We live on the third floor of a condo so we haul lots of stuff including our groceries. It has held up until now so we are purchasing our second one today. We wouldn't be without this great cart. Since we live at the beach it doubles as a beach cart but we mainly use it to haul things up to our condo. ( since we've had it so long I can't remember the ease of assembly)

This is only second trip with this item and first day at the beach—wheel snapped off. Very disappointing.

This was a Christmas gift from my son. I unpacked it for our beach trip and put it together. Looked great! Loaded it up for the first trip on the beach and it fit a ton of stuff. Then on the way back off the beach the front wheel bent and broke off. unacceptable for this price. My last one lasted 7 years and was half the price. So upset!

I bought this cart at the end of July 2019. We used it for a couple of months last year. Then first time back on the beach in 2020. It fell apart, literally fell apart! It's just my husband and using the cart, NOT a family of four even. JUNK
