“Very time consuming. 2 experienced mechanical inclined installers and still took us hours to complete. Missing pieces. Ended up using cpvc as a pole. Real pain in the butt. But it’s up and is a shelter. Purpose served.”
“Very happy with the 10 x 20 shelter. Assembly took a while , but the results are worth it. We purchased an "open box", but UPS apparently thought that meant something else.... the box arrived, with massive amounts of tape holding it together, but apparently not before 9 poles were lost. Shelter Logic service was wonderful and the new poles arrived in 2 days. Great job guys! By the way, the replacement pole box was also destroyed and taped up, but at least all the contents were still inside.”
