Hello, We are very sorry to hear about this! All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if your cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. Also, there are (3) different grade of material being the 7.5 oz standard fabric, 14.5 oz Heavy-Duty, and 21.5 oz Ultra Duty material. The heavier grade has longer warrantied and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs. If you have any questions or would like to discuss this in more detail, please feel free to call us at 1-800-932-9344. Thank you, Customer Service

A lot better choice than buying a riding mower cover...the shelter fits two riding mowers!

I bought this to house my tractor/snowblower. It has worked well for me and is offering the protection needed.

I was in the market for another shed, as mine was being overrun by everything under the sun. My friend had a ShedLogic he highly recommended. He stored his Porsche in it every winter. When I looked at his I couldn’t believe it was over 4 years old. It stood firm, no issues or problems and we get lots of snow and ice. I had to get one. I did my research and found the shed was just as cheap, if not cheaper if you went directly to their site. I wanted big, but not that big, and definitely not that small. The 8x8 was perfect. I chose an “open box” shed to save some money, with delivery (an extremely heavy large box) it was about $180. Perfect! I was nervous at first about the open box, feeling it was a return and maybe some pieces may have been left behind but absolutely every piece was included, new and ready to be built. I’m not sure why it’s called open box, everything was brand new, sealed, and untouched. It’s easy to set up if you follow the directions. It’s easier and faster to set up if you have more than one person. I did it alone and at times it was a little aggravating due to size, balancing poles, locking in screws etc... but it’s definitely doable. I recommend: Separate the bolts at the beginning, (3 different kinds). It would be nice if they were color coded, but two look very similar in size but mean all the difference when installing. Do Not!! Pull out those black straps!!! And do not pull hard on them because they will pull out from the other side. It will look like you can slide the poles into the same space, and you could like I did, but that was a huge time wasting mistake. Those straps basically wrap around the poles and get tightened! Get different stakes. The stakes included suck, and ShelterLogic knows this and offers better ones for more money. The stakes they offer do the trick but my shed is a sitting duck for wind and weather and I needed to upgrade. They should just give you the good ones and be done with the nonsense. Get a tarp for the ground to avoid condensation on the inner walls, will probably happen anyway but not that bad. Keep all the nuts and bolts loose and tighten at the end. By yourself it will take 3-5 hours. With two people you can run right through it, I think. This is the 8x8 I’m talking about, not sure about the larger sizes. This is definitely a great product and does exactly what it describes. My large wooden shed is free of all the chaos and I can get back to work without the clutter. Hope this helped.
