“Bit of a mixed bag, initially I went with the "play with" option and the "Fast Pass" hoping it would be done on the same weekend of the order, but it got horribly delayed a week later (still waiting on the fast pass refund). After some extensive disputes, cimbol was the one willing to help. He and his team is the main reason that I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 1. They were patient and informative about the raid mechanics. Keep in mind, the "Play With" option is a bit dubious and results will vary from person to person.”
