“After being told they start in two hours, I logged on, and they were already started, ruining the card. Then after 2 more hours, they were back at match 2, with a ban on my account. Finally, they finished the card without saying when they signed on, or off, of my account. Zero communication, no professionalism. Very out of character for SoD.”
