“Item never arrived, ordered on a Thursday morning, website stated next day delivery if ordered before 12pm (I ordered at 09:30). I took the Friday off work to fit the items which was a wasted day. Item was marked as dispatched on the Saturday and Customer Service promised I'd get the item the following Monday, so again I took the day off work and again the item did not arrive! I checked the tracking details and it wasn't even out for delivery! Another wasted day off work! Finally got a refund nearly 2 weeks after making the initial order. Avoid at all costs if you are relying on items arriving on time, if at all... So far shopping with this company has cost me 2 days off work and a 2 week delay to fitting the items. Useless.”
