“I was not home when our Shipley delivery man came yesterday. However, as I was heading home to my house, I passed him on the road that led in to our development. Since we are the only customers in our block to whom Shipley delivers, I assumed he had just made an oil delivery to our house. I was correct, as earlier many months ago when I first met him, I had asked him to leave me an invoice so that I would have some idea as to how much I would need to save for our oil bill. We discussed where he was to leave the invoice and sure enough, when I checked, the invoice was there. I have been very pleased with our delivery man and also the gentleman who serviced our heat pump and oil furnace. Keep up the good work. 5 stars!

“We enjoy automatic delivery, and Shipley has never let our oil supply get low. Their deliveries are quick and unobtrusive...so much so that we really can't rate the drivers because they are here and gone without disturbance. I also like that the delivery ticket, with all the information I need for payment, is sent by email very shortly after the delivery. Now if they could just push down the price of heating oil.....but unfortunately that's out of their hands.”
“He parked on the road like I requested and filled the tank.
I don’t want them to park in the driveway because of overhanging wires and it breaks up the blacktop.
