“We are very grateful that your delivery driver, Darren, delivered oil yesterday. On Monday, I received a voicemail from Shipley saying that delivery of our oil couldn't be completed on Friday due to the snow in our yard and not being able to see where the fill was. On Tuesday morning, my husband started digging a path to the fill from our sidewalk that leads to the front door. He is 79 and digging a path directly from the street thru the entire yard would be too much for him. While I was calling Shipley to explain that a path was made from the sidewalk & how to approach the fill from the sidewalk, I heard the delivery truck outside. What a fantastic coincidence! And Darren trudged thru all the snow from the street to the fill - cannot thank him enough!!”
