“During the extreme cold weather and larger than normal amount of snow in the 2025 – 2026 Winter, my Fuel Oil tank almost ran out of Fuel due to the amount of time my furnace had to run to heat my home and the multiple snow storms causing problems for the delivery of fuel oil. This time, I received an electronic robocall voicemail message the same morning as the delivery. As a result, I was not able to be helpful in clearing snow from gates, etc. Raymond seemed upset. I went outside to apologize and to talk with him about it. He wanted nothing to do with the conversation. Or maybe he was just having a bad moment. I wanted to make it better somehow. Perhaps internally, you can apologize to Raymond for not giving me enough notice to clear snow for him. His job is tough enough, and my property is challenging as well. I am willing to do what I can to make it a little easier.
