The only problem was when I had a bad leak in the expension tank on the heater and water was flowing fast the tech told me to just put a bucket under it and wait until tomorrow to ask for a service call, the emergency was on a Sunday and he didn't want to come out, Some nice tech came on Monday to fix the problem. It was a wet mess to clean up, the tech took pictures of the mess. I did not know what valve to shut off the water, because we still needed hot water .”
