“I live off a rural lane that goes up a steep hill. Bob (driver) called saying that the delivery truck couldn't make it up due to existing snow/ice. (I have 4wd so not a problem for me.) I told him of a private lane that is less steep and connects to the lane I'm on. Bob found the secondary route and made the delivery. Thanks.”
