“I'm a dummy and forgot to move some items I sat in the area of my pipe. The driver was gracious and worked around my mess. I apologise to him for the annoyance in delivering to my home this time. These guys are rock stars and always do a great job to not disturb anything in the yard, even one as messy as mine. Thank you and sorry again for the pile of hamster items that should have been in the trash bin.”
“It was Edward, and he was very nice and efficient. But he required that my husband move a table that did not need moving to apply the hose for the oil . After12 years of ordering this is the first time that was even requested. All the area from door to oil cap was perfectly cleared.
Now the mud room is very disarranged. Please tell him it has never needed moving before, and we would appreciate out if he were someplace above to pipe oil in without needing the move of furniture as it has EVERY other time.”
