“While we ran out of propane for our main heat due to your miscommunication regarding us changing to the auto-fill program, the driver delivered the fuel in a VERY short time after our order. Also, the service technician also came out in a timely manner when it was discovered (in error, as it turns out) that there was a problem with our tank regulator. We have been very happy with Shipley's service since changing to you, and except for that brief communications hiccup, things have gone very well.”
