He said they had been here several times on this same problem . He said that he did not have any gas to put in the unit. He said they would need to contact me for another appointment to solve the problem. He left without solving the problem”
“The technician did an inspection to confirm where the 100# propane tank could be placed for our gas fireplace install. After collaborating with someone by phone he determined that our radon mitigation unit is sealed so the tank can be placed near it. We discussed the best path to place the tank without destroying the bushes in front of it, which means accessing the space from the stone walk area. He was very nice but seemed a bit discombobulated so I’m hoping delivery and placement of the tank goes smoothly.”
