“Fantastic service! The total time from reporting our AC was not working to our AC working again was 90 minutes! Everyone I dealt with was great, professional and friendly, particularly Malik (sp?). Malik replaced the capacitor (the root problem) and also noticed a broken wire and fixed that, too, thus preventing a future problem! He also explained what he did and why and explained how he knew the capaitor was bad. Superb service!!”

He entered the part order for the fan/motor, and then upon a follow up call I heard from Andrew that the part was being picked up by Joe. Further, he would install it this afternoon, and even better, it would be covered by our 10-year warranty, as well as our Comfort Plus plan through Shipley!”
