“The technician Shipley sent knew the heating system and understood the problem. We were unable to get the furnace to turn on to produce hot water. He located an oil filter that was not quite fitted properly and had the problem corrected within 30 minutes or so.
Thankyou for sending competent service representatives to our home when we have heating and a/c issues. Your representative deserves an A and I don't often give A's.

“Not sure how you spell his name, but Knee was here for about 1/2 hour. He checked any clogging of the white plastic condensate & attached tubing, the integrity of the igniter, measured the combustion eff. & cleaned the filter. Knee did a thorough job & was cordial!”
“Met the tech when he was training last year and this year he was on his own and did a fantastic job. Friendly, knew what he was doing and answered my questions. I have an od oil-fired, hot water baseboard heater and he was up to the challenge of cleaning it and tuning it up.
