“I didn't get HVAC service. I had someone come out to do a site survey. He called me prior to coming out as I had requested. I appreciated that. I gave him detailed instructions on how to navigate my driveway which he failed to do. Ended up making rutts in my neighbor's field to the right of my driveway. Otherwise he told me what I needed to know so I know where to put my generator in relation to where the tanks will be dropped off at.”
“Extremely disappointed that your emergency service was so bad. We called at 4 am, December 30 and the service person arrived at 8 am. Our heat had gone off, for the third time, after we had a service call less than one week before, when we were told the problem was solved. Less than 24 hours after the call, I got an invoice for $572.00! I have called in and stated my objections to the amount we have been charged. I also want tomake you aware that my neighbor, who called in the emergency, gave the person who answered, his cell phone number (which has been in your system for quite awhile). The service person called me twice at 6 am, but since I mute my phone when I am sleeping I did not hear the calls. He had my neighbor's cell number, why didn't he use it?
All around, I was very dissatisfied with the service!”
