I mentioned a June copper pipe break which wet my crawl space, and required a plumber. Mike thoroughly checked my piping without my having to ask. Found the piping currently in satisfactory condition. In addition, he found my oil "a litttle gummy" but that indicates I have made a good decision for an additive every oil delivery.
