“The heating part of our mini-split was not working in an accessory buillding at our property. The technician was unable to get it working, and left about 4:30 p.m. yesterday. I called the service dept. today, and the tech did not leave a message about his visit to our property, so the service dept. could not tell me if he or another tech will be out today. I was told I would get a call back on Friday (today is Wednesday). The tech made many trips to and from his truck, so I believe he tried his best. But we have no heat. Thank you.”
