“During an oil fill, I was informed that a whistler wasn't working, despite this never having happened in the past, so that the technician could not fill the second tank. After setting up a service call, the service technician informed me that it was functioning properly. I was charged a fee for oil tank repair ($123.21) and for clearing a fuel line blockage ($78.20). Much to my surprise was an additional charge for a combustion efficiency analysis ($119.85) that I did not request. This is upselling to the max. All this because the first technician may not have filled the tanks in the proper order to start with. It begets a question of competency versus selling of services. Very disappointing.”
“I was inpressed by My tech. He called ahead of time, and from the start of My Service I knew he was a tech that not only knew his job but took PRIDE in his work. He did things that over the last 23 years Ive never had any other tech check or do. He will be My go to Tech from now on.”
“My service tech (same young man as last year) was polite, knowledgeable, explained everything that he did for my boiler tune up. He had everything cleaned up before he left. I am so glad he is still with the company. Hope to see him again next year!”
“Once again, Jeff did a great job, explained all, recomended a fuel additive, kept me in the conversation. Please thank him for me again and ask him how the treats where, thank you Joe D”
