“Our Haller tech named Vince came to do service on our water heater & water softenerf. When he got here there was water on the floor by the furnace. So he had to take the cover off of the air conditioner and clean the drain which added to his visit for the service he provides for us with other equipment. This is something Shiipley should have checked before leaving.”
