“I have been a customer of Shipley and enrolled in their Service Contracts for both my Oil Furnace and AC unit for 40+ years. This years’ Service Tech, as in the past, seemed very knowledgeable of my equipment and performed the maintenance checks that I have been used to seeing…(Except), recalling past visits, my furnaces combustion chamber and exhaust pipe to the chimney flue were normally partially disassembled, inspected, and cleaned/vacuumed. This service was not performed. Perhaps it was overlooked because I was more concerned about an AC start-up issue, which this Tech did diagnose, and corrected the next day by a visit from a different Service Tech.”
