“Joe was great. He was here the last week of June to clean and inspect both my AC and my furnace; however, the problem that developed during the earlier heat wave wasn't present at that time. He was thorough about checking everything and listened to my explanation of what I've been seeing and when. Once the problem was discovered, he explained my options moving forward. I enjoyed working with him because he's very friendly but professional, and he's very thorough in his work. I can't say that about every various technician who's been to my house over the last few decades.”
