I lost my furnace motor on 1/1, and was told that a new motor wouldn't be in until 1/8. It was a rough week, and I had a friend from Florida visiting, not to mention my ailing kitty. We moved to a hotel for two nights, then I stayed at a friend's house for the duration. I was thrilled to hear that my motor was in and would be installed on Tuesday, the 7th. Jeff was here, and was so amazing. He worked so hard in very cold conditions for a long time. He set everything up in the most professional and friendly way. I appreciated his true concern about my comfort. I hope he will be my technician in the future. Thank you Shipley!

We recently had our semi annual preventative maintenance done and had a wonderful experience with two of your technicians. When the first tech arrived I told him we were having an issue with the humidifier. This humidifier was installed by Shipley when we had our new furnace and air conditioning unit installed a few years ago. The humidifier has not worked well for the last couple of years but each time we brought it up to the Shipley tech they would tell us they don't work on those. This time I mentioned it again saying Shipley installed them and asked if there was someone else we should talk to to have it serviced. He said he doesn't work on them but instead of that being the end of it, he said let me call my supervisor and see what we can do. Within 15 minutes another tech showed up and changed out the filter in the unit. That seems to be what we needed! Both of these gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable and eager to help. Fantastic job!!

Our servce man repaired the hot water filtering problem and was courteous and knowledgeable about our probem and resolved the issue. However this repair could have been avoided by Shipley! The diagnosis of a completly corroded Anode rod was correct! This system was installed by Shipley in September 2008 and has been serviced yearly by Shipley since installation with our service plan. No documentation exists that during our yearly heating system tune ups that this Anode rod was ever inspected. Anode rods being sacrifiical are meant to break down and replaced every few years. Suggest this inspection be added to Heating System Tune Ups. Regards Skip Brownyard 156 Belvedere St Carlisle Pa 17013 717-258-4309

The same day as the splash mishap, someone was at my house completing the clean. He was also very nice and helpful

Carl, our service technician, diagnosed our heating problem and recommended a repair proceedure that required a part replacement. He explaned everything that needed to be done. Carl is friendly and an extremely knowledgeable technician.

Timely service and courteous technician. Was wondering why a nozzle clogs on our oil furnace every year with a fairly new oil furnace and oil tank. A friend discontinued their fuel delivery with you for the same reason. Dirty oil?
