Gary was very friendly as he surveyed the problem, asking how the furnace was behaving (or misbehaving). He thought it was the motor since it did not register that there was fuel or spark there. So he went to his truck and came back in with a new one. He had some deifficulty getting it to fit since the furnace sits in a small closet in the hallway. But he finally got it and the heat came one. We asked his about the thermostat, since hat appeared to be malfunctioning and he had to go find one and then put it in and programmed it for us. After several days of intermittent heat we were very glad to have it fixed. I will say he was one of the most pleasant repair men we have ever had.

Technicians were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable about the repair they were working on. They also checked my oil tank to ensure a needed repair had been completed. It was a pleasure to meet them and have them work on our furnace.

The technician arrived as scheduled and was able to show me how to repair a faulty fuel guage on our oil tank. The guage had registered empty and after fixing showed there was approx. 15%of oil remaining in the tank. The tank is housed in our garage and underground piping leads from the garage to the house to supply the burner on demand. The technician examinined the outside area for leakage and did not detect any leaks. He then examined the furnace and the piping leading inside to the burner and did not find any evidence of oil leakage. The technician was pleasant and experienced and gave me confidence in his ability to diagnose the problems. Thanks for sending him to our home. Happy New Year and keep the oil flowing. G. P. Beaumont
