“My technician was friendly & courteous. He took care to keep the cat contained in the house. He was knowledgeable about oil furnaces, & he didn't seem to mind explaining different parts of the system to me.
He finished his work in a timely manner, keeping the house clean as he worked. He showed me the sheet that said he was here last year as well, & I sincerely hope Shipley sends him to us on a regular basis!”
“Our service call was on the weekend. Boiler had gone out and I the reset wouldn't take. Adam was on the case within a half hour. The call took several hours and it was determined that our fuel line was clogged and a fitting worn. Adam got everything fixed and made some recommendations as our equipment is showing some age. Adam was extremely polite and professional. We talked about a future upgrade of new tanks and Boiler as well as what I needed to keep an eye on in the meantime. Adam has done a routine maintenance call on us before this incident and it's nice knowing that we're working with guys who are familiar with our place.”
