“Even though it took 5 weeks to get parts from the manufacturer which was very unacceptable that it took that long resulting in no heat for me at all, Pat the Parts Manger has been very sympathetic & kept me updated as best he could. I was given an appointment the very next day after the parts finally arrived & I appreciated that immensely. Westley had me up & running in about 2 1/2 hours & I finally had heat about an hour later. Hopefully I will not have to endure this incident again”

We have been Shipley customer since when the business was located in Lebanon , PA. We even helped out our divorced daughter who was living in Mechanicsburg, PA. By purchasing a brand new heating system and paying for the removal of a buried oil tank to have a completed safe heating system for her and her child.”
