“Dylan called to let me know his arrival time and he arrived on time. I had work done at the back of my house and the 50 gal propane tank that fuels the fireplace had to be moved. When it was reconnected I could not get the fireplace to light. Dylan first did a leak test and then waited until the fireplace would light. Everything is in working order just in time for Fall! Dylan is friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional. He also takes time to answer any questions or to explain procedures and what he is doing as he goes.
