“Jim shot us a text and called 10 minutes before his arrival. He was friendly and explained what he did for our annual cleaning/tune up on our furnace. He's been here a couple times and is always friendly and efficient with his time.”
“The technician Shipley sent knew the heating system and understood the problem. We were unable to get the furnace to turn on to produce hot water. He located an oil filter that was not quite fitted properly and had the problem corrected within 30 minutes or so.
Thankyou for sending competent service representatives to our home when we have heating and a/c issues. Your representative deserves an A and I don't often give A's.
