“My technician, Mike was terrific, and figured out my problem almost immediately. He was very professional and personable at the same time. He was eager to explain everything he was checking so I would understand, and I appreciated that. The only downside to the visit was that it was late in the day and I'd been so cold since I awoke. I live alone, am a senior citizen with health problems, so it was a very long uncomfortable wait for me, but it was on a day with so many people being out of heat. Thank you to Mike for helping me regain a nice warm home!”
