“I don't remember the name of the technician but what I do remember is that he was polite and did an excellent job. I also remember that he had to go back to the shop to get the supplies he should have had when he first got to the job site. When the delivery man came and filled our tank he knew exactly what was wrong. When I received the call they could tell me exactly what the problem was. Even if the delivery man was wrong in his assessment they should have put those parts on the truck. Then when your technician got there he would have had what he needed and saved time by being able to get started right away.”

He mumbled and laughed to himself as if he was impaired or unstable. He finally told me he wasn't a Shipley employee but someone they called when they had no one else to send out on a service call. He Told me to call the office on Monday (12/15) to reschedule the service when their normal seevice crews was on duty.”
