I mentioned a June copper pipe break which wet my crawl space, and required a plumber. Mike thoroughly checked my piping without my having to ask. Found the piping currently in satisfactory condition. In addition, he found my oil "a litttle gummy" but that indicates I have made a good decision for an additive every oil delivery. Mike was very good at explaining his review before leaving. I thanked him for his very fine work, and hope you will send him again next Fall.”
