“Our AC stopped cooling our house sometime late Friday night, so I called Shipley at 8AM Saturday ( 4th of July !!!) and got right through to a live person, who said they would have "Jeffery" call me back. He called within about 30 minutes, said he was on his way, and arrived shortly!!! He replaced a capacitor in our outside unit and had the AC up and running in less than 15 minutes!!!
