“My annual boiler tune up from Shipley has always been great. I do find, however, that there's usually a drop or two of oil on the floor by the oil tank. Usually that's all it is, but a few years ago the packing nut on the stem valve was very loose and it kept dripping. I had to call Shipley back out to fix it, and then when they tried to charge me $100+ for the service, I had to fight it because the issue ocurred as a result of the tune up service.”
