“Our service person notified us to let us know he would arriving soon. He had a busy schedule but made sure he checked the thermostat and completed service on our furnace for the fall/winter. I noticed that there was some water that on the basement when I went downstairs to turn on the lights before arrival.
I showed him that area, he checked the water and determined that the pvc pipe from the furnace was not leaking, but it was a hose that was attached for the water to flow to the drain in the basement floor.
He advised that it just needed a new hose that I am purchasing today. He also told if that did not solve the problem, to call and Shipley will check to see if something is at fault.
He was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly and answered my questions.”
