We woke up Christmas morning to discover our heater was not working. Within 30 minutes of calling the Shipley emergency number, a technician was here and 30 minutes later, our heater was repaired. You can't ask for better service than that. Thank you for fixing our heater on short notice on Christmas morning!!

The heating part of our mini-split was not working in an accessory buillding at our property. The technician was unable to get it working, and left about 4:30 p.m. yesterday. I called the service dept. today, and the tech did not leave a message about his visit to our property, so the service dept. could not tell me if he or another tech will be out today. I was told I would get a call back on Friday (today is Wednesday). The tech made many trips to and from his truck, so I believe he tried his best. But we have no heat. Thank you.

Great customer service. Very professional. Just wish someone can explain the monitor that was mounted on the tank and how to view via the app. I was able to load and register the device but the tank does not seem to be activated.
