“Called Shipley on Sat. Afternoon around 3:15 pm. Service tech.,Wes called about 15 minutes later and told me he would
be here in about 45 mins., as he was about that far away.He pulled in the driveway about 4:05 pm and furnace was back running by 4:30 pm on this cold day ( Feb. 14,2026 ). We're
very satisfied with the service and appreciate Wes's efforts.
