“During the worst cold spell of the last 10 years, our oil line froze. We were away, and discovered remotely that the temp had hit 48 inside. I called and asked for emergency service (on Super Bowl Sunday), but help didn't arrive until the next morning. At that point our tech, Jeff, did a great job fixing the various problems and advising on how to proceed in future. I understand the problems getting faster service, but communication was very difficult. But when the got to us, we got excellent help.”
