“I was scheduled last week and no one ever called or showed up. I was scheduled today and specifically said I would not be available until after 1 PM. The technician showed up between 12 and 1230 and I was not able to be reached by phone so they left and canceled the visit. Then I get a survey about my visit which never happened. Not sure what’s going on Shipley. Usually you have much better customer service.”
