“The technician and another technician were here on prior occasions and were supposed to have all the parts and everything else they needed to do the job. The technician arrived, came to the door with no parts or tools. He came in for a few minutes and stated he would be “right” back. I thought he was going to the truck to get what he needed to perform the work. When he wasn’t back 15-20 minutes later I looked outside to realize he wasn’t even at my house any longer. Apparently the technician decided he wasn’t happy with his original plan and unbeknownst to me left. I felt unsafe in my own home! Not the service I expected at all, especially considering they had been here twice and promised to have all the parts and be prepared, obviously they were not!! Then they send an email and request a review knowing that I cannot possibly provide a positive review.”
“I had no idea that I received a delivery. There was no delivery ticket left behind that would have been a notice of delivery. For all I know he could have put the oil in someone elses tank.”
“The driver should have taken the hose from the truck through my 3 rail fence gate on the ground, behind the deck wall and into the tank. Instead he took the hose over my fence near the house, ontop of my air conditioner, on top of my pool filter and piping and then to the tank. When I told him not to do that because none of those items were designed to carry any weight. His response was "I didn't break anything". I told him i didn't want to wait until he does, please don't do that again.”
“The driver left an oil spill on our slate stone porch - about a square foot- under the intake pipe. In past years, but not within last year there have been tiny drips or spills underneath. This was huge. I have never complained until now. I do not know if it was a new driver or the driver was rushed. There was no apparent attempt by driver to clean it or soak it up. This is a formal complaint.”
