“After back and forth emails with a staff member after receiving shoes that weren't stable or consistent in sizing it's basically gotten no where and now I'm left with a pair of shoes that definitely aren't a 7 and one is so loose it's impossible to walk in.
Not the same as the photo I received ones that have a different toe piece and not enough plastic around/ up the foot to support it not having straps.
Every other pair I've bought has been a 5 star.
Unfortunately I believe I've received a manufacturing fault. They the same as one that are meant to have straps but done. And if you know the shoes you know there's a slight different that makes a big difference in straps and strapless.”
