“I love FitFlops but have a wide foot and a high instep. This means that most styles in the sandal range do not fit me. The exception being the supremely comfy adjustable Hooper sandal from a couple of years ago. I have been looking for a suitable replacement design ever since. I had hoped that the 'Skinny' would be it, adjustable strap to accommodate my high instep and, bonus, came in loads of colours, etc. The look of the Skinny especially in the French Navy denim is very stylish and, once I had adjusted the straps to their full extent, were very comfy. But, there is no softness, no padding and I get the definite feeling that if I don't 'wear them in' slowly they will be rubbing very uncomfortably - this is something I've never had to do with a pair of FitFlops before! So, yes great looks, but not the comfort I've come to expect so treat with caution.”
