“I was sent the wrong sandals in the wrong size! Since then I have gave to chase up the refund while calling the Head Office in Leeds several times, I had to pay £4 in return postage and have still not received my refund! It’s been nearly 3 weeks since my initial order. Has been diabolical and will never use them again.”
