“The item received was not what was pictured - the color swatch was black to platinum, the wig was all platinum. It shed some, and needed to be trimmed in the front to see. The texture of the hair was very impressive, tho, and saved it from a flat-out return. Also detangled super easily with fingers. Did not get hot, worn a full 9 hours with a stocking cap. Did shift a bit, but was easy to straighten -- note that pins were necessary.”
