“I loved these pants. However, on the first day I wore them there was pull in the fabric on the pant leg. Almost like a snag. I have no idea how it happened as I wasn’t wearing anything sharp. Unfortunately, when I went back to the store on that same day to exchange them, the sales person would not take them back as she said she didn’t know how it happened and I could have done it. She offered to let me buy another pair at a 10% discount. Really!!! Why would I buy them again when they got damaged after not even a full day of wearing them. I was very disappointed in how I was treated. They can return it back to their distributor as damaged. I literally purchased them on a Saturday, wore them for one day two days later on Monday and they were damaged. Not good business. .”
