“i ordered what i thought was the Extended edition of lord of the rings two towers. it is what was show in the image. do not trust the image. what was sent to me was the same blu-ray i could buy anywhere locally. it took weeks to receive the package so this was annoying to deal with when i did. the company gets a star added for being helpful and offering at least a 20% return. i would have preferred to return the item but the cost paid was so low and postage would have been so high that it would have cost me more to just return the dam thing than was worth the head ache. i am sure the company usually does things fine, its an honest mistake and one i made by assuming what the picture advertised was what i was getting.”

THE SELLER STATED IT IS A REGION 2 A EUROPEAN FORMAT OR MULTI DVD PLAYER AVAILABLE IN USA IN ORDER TO PLAY THE DISC IN WHICH I HAVE A MULTI PLAYER AND BOUGHT IN USA. SECONDLY I WAS ABLE TO WATCH IT AT BEGINNING WITH CLEAR PICTURES THEN IT FREEZE, SO I FAST FORWARD TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED THEN I CAN SEE THE DISC IS PLAYING THE MOVIE CLEARLY BUT “NO SOUND” THE SELLER WITHOUT ASKING ME AND ASSUME I JUST HAVE A REGULAR DVD PLAYER PLUS I ORDER A DISCS from a few countries and PLAY JUST FINE. DO NOT BUY FROM BAD SELLER THAT DON’T ADMIT THEIR MISTAKES AND NOT RESPONSIBLE TO REPLACE OR REFUND AND WAITING 3-4 WEEKS TO RECEIVED IT.”
