The on button is hard to find You have to remember it's position as you are unable to see it. Otherwise it works great.

The product is in a good shape. Its a good quality product and comes with a dust bag. I needed this product for my restless leg syndrome, but unfortunately it didn't helped me so much. In my view this product is good for the sored or painful legs.

This rechargeable leg massager by CINCOM is such an amazing therapy! This is a single leg massager that can be applied to the lower leg (calf region) or even the foot. The USB rechargeable battery makes it versatile enough for travel. The velcro and zipper securement offers options to comfortably apply the wrap and maintain that perfect setting. I wanted something like this for my left leg, as I broke my foot a few years ago, and was casted for 6 weeks. The muscle in my calf atrophied a bit and has never really recovered or regained its normal size. I often suffer from leg aches and cramps from extending periods of standing, but just in the left leg. This massager is such a relief to that pain! I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to improve circulation and ease muscle aches!

I have poor circulation and a blood clotting disorder, so despite my active lifestyle, and in light of it, I have to consciously make an effort on recovery and preventative maintenance. I am fortunate to have different kinds of edema, circulation, massage massage therapy tools for use on my legs and feet. I like this product by Cincom for a few reasons. First, I like that you can fit it to your respective leg, or arm, or foot, etc., and if you intend to use it again on that same body part, a quick use of a zipper makes removal very simple and efficient. I did not get overly sweaty or experience discomfort while using this leg route. I've only used it on my calves, and overall, I've enjoyed the therapeutic experience and after effects when using the massager. The device holds its charge, and in fact I've never fully run the battery dry. There are a couple of things I don't really enjoy about the product, as well. Although you can fit the leg wrap onto your leg, as in my case, The battery and command (?) device feels a little large and disproportionate to the size of the wrap. The sensations that it provides are very comfortable but the fit needs improvement. I feel like there is a large gap on the side of my leg while using this due to the wavy piece of fabric that connects through the Velcro-style fastener to the main part of the wrap. It stays secured, but it's really not that comfortable for me. I am an active cyclist, archery hunter, fly-fisher, and I work at a desk all day long. All of these activities warrant the use of the Cincom leg wrap.Perhaps my legs are too small in diameter and this is the reason for the varied efficacy of the massager while in use. The last concern which for me ranks on comfortability, Is ease of use. Now, it is easy to put on, easy to turn on, and it's easy to remove. The screen has lights that communicate the different modes and intensity levels currently in operation, but I don't like the fact that I don't know specifically what each mode is doing for me. Some of my other products that are similar, have detailed explanations in their operation manuals that help the user understand what each increment is and how to best utilize the massager for your needs. I've reviewed the manual several times but cannot find a clear description of what each mode does. I've tried all three modes at varying intensities, and the difference between each one is noticeable, but not distracting, as I still feel the benefits after using the device for a few quick sessions on each leg.

I really like the CINCOM cordless massagers. I have RLS often in my legs and arms. The massagers works well to relieve my restlessness and their cordless feature makes them even better since I usually need them in bed at night. I also like that I can use them on my arms as well. The only critique I would have is the massage doesn't move up and down fast enough. The CINCOM uses small air bags that blow up and release to give you a pressure like massage. I wished the bags could fill up and release a little faster and be able to move up and down my legs faster.
