“Clarification, I would give this a 0/5 if possible. Concept seemed good.Ordered and received unit. No instructions on charging - how long, no indicator on the unit etc. Turned it on got a green circle (I guess that means it was charged). Followed instructions, turned on heat and vibrate to low (I should say, tried to turn on). Turned heat to low, unit shut off after 3 secs, tried the same with vibrate got the same result) Tried charging unit for 3hrs (again no indicator on the unit if it is even charging - same result.Returning as defective for full refund - there seems to be no way to contact manufacturer to troubleshoot”
“I was very excited about this product because it seems like it would be great, but after a month of light use it's disappointing. It doesn't heat up very high, the wrap is starting not to stick and the charge doesn't last very long. It also doesn't come with very clear directions (2 sections are repeated and 1 is missing). I would not recommend. If there's a higher priced, but maybe more reliable and durable similar product, I would get that instead.”
“For some reason, the hot, humid summer months left me with less knee pain in my bad knee than usual. Maybe because it was so warm. It certainly wasn't psychological, since I think nothing is more miserable than days with high heat and humidity, and miserable days tend to create more knee pain. So, I waited until a cooler day to try this knee wrap when my knee was indeed bothering me. Today was the day and the results were not promising. I tried both the heat and the vibration modes, and there was really no change in the pain or flexibility. Thus, only three stars now, but I will update this in the future if things change, since I do intend to try it more times. The included manual is a bit confusing, including the fact they called the vibration button the temperature button. There are three vibration modes and three heat modes. It heats up very quickly and I could certainly feel it. The vibration isn't bad for my bad knee, although my guess is some bad knees should not be vibrated. The wrap charged fast, too, using an included USB cord and my Belkin charger. It also looks like and feels like a well-made wrap, not something cheap.P.S. 10/20/21: It's colder now and my knee was hurting quite a bit one day earlier this week, and this did help a lot using high heat. So, I'm adding a star.P.P.S. 12/15/21: Adding another star . . . yesterday I was running around a lot and did not get enough sleep during the last 24 hours, which left me with tired legs and a really painful left knee. I tried using my compression boots first, because that helps circulation, and often makes my entire leg feel better. It did not work, though. My knee was still killing me. So, I put this brace on, turned the heat to high, turned the vibration to high . . . and my left knee pain went away. That was the first time I used the highest vibration, instead of the lowest one, because I feared a lot of vibration might hurt a bad knee, but it had the opposite effect. :)”
“Bought this product only three months ago and to start was excellent but it now longer chargers and can not be used. Can not email the seller to let them know”
