“I've only had a chance to use my elbow sleeve for one round of golf, but right away I could fell the superior support over a generic drug store elbow sleeve. The fit is snug and supportive and where it took a few hits for my elbow to not hurt in my old sleeve, I felt no pain on my first drive using my APOYO sleeve. One word of caution. Don't let the hook portion of the adjustment strap grab on to the sleeve fabric, it's very difficult to detach and will fray the fabric.I highly recommend the APOYO elbow compression sleeve.”
“This is a good elbow brace for minor tendinitis. It keeps the elbow warm and somewhat compresses the area to keep it tight. It relieved some of my discomfort, but not enough to keep me from having to go see a Dr. for more intensive relief. I do agree with measuring your arm 1st. I was kind of in the middle between a small and a medium and I chose the medium due to the reviews that mentioned it was on the smaller side. I can tighten the velcro arm band to get a tighter fit but think it might have been too tight if I had gone with a small.”
“I used this today for the first time as I was experiencing wee twinges of pain/discomfort on top spin forehands on the inside part of my elbow after a long lay off from tennis. I was finding myself avoiding top spin forehands at times not so much from the pain of each shot but more out of a concern for the cumulative effect of hitting 300 or so during a match. This product reduced the twinges of pain by about 70% and since the pain wasn't all that great to begin with, the sleeve enabled me to play the way I wanted to with less concern about doing damage. The sleeve is snug but allows for full range of motion without much impediment. I was always aware of it but it didn't make me change anything. It didn't irritate at all and held in place nicely.”
“Comfortable and it is nice that it long enough to compress a portion of the upper arm.It does have some breathing to it, but needs to be removed for a short period of time for the skin to breath.Unfortunately, the default size is L and I really need an M....but I safety pinned about 1/2" and got the compression I needed.”
