“It seems to work for a little while, I went by the size chart and it is a bit tight. I had to remove the velcro strap for the simple fact that after about 20 minutes it cuts off my circulation from my forearm down. I'll keep using this one until I find a better one.”

I wear mediums in clothing, so I thought a medium would be a perfect fit, so I did not measure. I probably could have went with a large. “A really nice elbow support but the velcro on the strap easily attaches itself to the fabric of the sleeve and when you pull off the velcro it snags the fabric and messes it up. So when you undo the velcro strap you need to reattach it in a loop to itself so it doesn't snag the sleeve fabric.”
