“We've got a couple of Renpho products and have been very pleased with them so it was a no brainer to buy the leg massager.Out of the box, it needed a couple of hours charging before it was ready for use via the USB cable that was supplied. My wife was first as she often gets achey calves!We have no issue with the product itself, and are glad we bought it but it's the instructions that let the product down.The booklet that comes with it just really covers the basics of modes and health and safety (not wearing it in the bath etc.!). We've noticed that the full product spec on TRAKK does include some guidance photos but this assumes that people look on the page, where I'm sure most of us would refer to the instructions.There was no guidance as to how tightly to wrap the massager around your calf and where to position the control pad. My wife first settled on having the control pad on the side of her leg.Using it is very easy, colour coding allows you select whether to just have your calf massaged or your calf and your ankle. You can even ask the unit to start on your calf and move down to your ankles. It also has 3 intensity settings (we only made it to level 2!)It massages by filling with air and then releasing it. We likened it to a blood pressure machine only this one thankfully doesn't go as far as cutting off the circulation!The massage process is very relaxing with very little or no discomfort. If you find you are experiencing discomfort you can simpley reduce the intensity level.We both took a turn and afterwards your legs feel 'lighter' (the best way we can describe it!)On my turn, I positioned the control panel on the back of my leg as some online guides seemed to indicate.If you are looking for a product that gently massages your calves/ankles then look no further. It was well worth the investment, our only gripe is the lack of guidance in the instructions and that they don't come in a pair as having both legs massaged would be heaven!”
“This is a surprisingly powerful leg massager, which works a bit like a bit like a blood pressure monitor, using air pressure to create tension but then cleverly moving the air around to create a massage effect. On its strongest setting it's actually almost too much which was a nice surprise! It's great having different settings both in terms of how powerful the massage is and also which area it's focusing on, and the timed setting runs for a good time. It's great that it remembers your last setting as i find it hard to remember what the different settings mean without looking at the instructions. Just need one for the other leg!”
“The product is very easy to use, it is convenient that it doesn't have to be plugged in especially in that you can move around with it. I have another massage but it's very difficult because it's got a large the cable and it's difficult to put on. This feels like a blood pressure cuff it just sort of Titans and then releases, doesn't really feel like a massage at all. I suppose if my legs are very tight this can be a little bit releasing but I wouldn't necessarily call it a massager. I'm hoping that it will also get a little bit tighter more intense but I am still working with the settings”
“Brought this product to help with aching calf muscles and poor circulation. Simple oroduct to use, settings are easy to understand. Have so far used twice, first time trying out all the settings to get a feel for the device, today I used it on maximum setting, have to say lovely feel to it, exerts a lit of pressure to the muscle, similar to pressure felt when blood pressure gets taken. Used it for 10 minutes on both calfs, felt great but to early to judge on whether it will have the desired effect, early impressions though all positive”
“Really like this massager, it uses air compression the inflates and deflates at varying intensity's.Being a tall person I tend to suffer from restlessness and irritable legs, which has somewhat improved even after only a few uses.My only slight drawback would be only being able to work one leg at a time but then I guess there's nothing stopping you using one on each leg.”
