“The black piece that has the power and setting buttons get in the way while laying down. You really have to make sure it's positioned right and even then it still gets in the way. The buttons are easy to accidentally turn off. I think I would prefer a remote and cords even though I thought these would be more convenient/comfortable. They only stay on for 20 minutes so if you want to use them due to leg pain while your trying to fall sleep and don't fall asleep quickly you have to continue to mash the buttons at the same time so they will massage evenly which often keeps me up longer. However they do work well for swelling and leg pain.”
“I am a huge fan of Renpho products - have bought many smart weighing scales as gifts for friends and family. So gave it a shot with this leg massager also as my leg is giving me a niggle and I generally suffer for tight calfs. This item is great if you need differing amounts of pressure applied to your leg or ankles. My wife and I have been using it for a couple of days now and are very happy. You recharge it via USB and it folds up pretty small when not in use so is easily transportable. Overall great value for money and highly recommended.”
“It wouldn't charge up. It worked a few minutes then it stop. It made noise, Power light came on, moved slowly but never massaged. I did try to charge it up over an hour red came on never worked again. I want a refund.”
