“I've been sedentary for quite sometime and needed a gentle, at-home way to improve movement to my legs and knees without weight strain. I also use this with my arms for shoulder/elbow/wrist function: I use it on a rug/mat to prevent sliding. I have been able to slowly increase the resistance for a better workout. In addition, it has helped increase my cardio. Perfect product for someone starting at “Ground Zero.†The counter is great for setting goals and seeing progress. It's lightweight enough to be easy to position on the floor or table. It's small enough to not be in the way. It tucks under a table or into a closet for storage.”
“Machine is super easy to setup and use, it comes with a friction mat that stops it from sliding around which is very nice, mine wobbled a bit but I just a pieace of plastic underneath one leg and it stopped. it comes with a calorie counter but its definitely overinflated, according to the machine I burn almost twice as many calories on this as I do an actual eliptical, and I didnt even break a sweat here. if you want a more accurate measure take the calories it says and divide it by 4, thats gonna be alot more accurate. Still if you use it for a couple hours a day itll be a nice way to burn some calories if your busy at your desk”
“I use it several times a day after total knee replacement to keep my knee from getting stiff. Not a lot of tension, however that was OK for me since I just needed consistent movement. Does slide forward, but I did not consider this a real problem. For the money, I pleased.”
