“This was a replacement sent without the tension knob. It works great so far and luckily I had a knob from my old one that's working; so far! Left out instructions, mat, belt and knob. It's 7-12-2021 and I'm updating this product...it's literally falling apart! I hear a knocking sound only to discover the little round black brackets on the sides are falling off! Horrible item which is upsetting because I had one before this for around 2 years and it was great! Very disappointed!”
