“I couldn't give it 5 stars, but I wanted to. It is noisy and squeaky no matter where you put oil or WD-40. We have tried everything short of immersing it in a vat of WD-40. Nothing works for longer than two minutes. Very frustrating. The reason I keep this one is I have gone through several other brands and this one offers the best work out. The foot pedals slant slightly forward, giving you an extra bit of work out, sort of doing the stepper on your tippy toes. It took a bit of getting used to, but now I am happy. I plan on buying a spare as I know this one is going to give out due to all the squeaking...”
“I've had this a couple weeks and am pretty happy with it. No, it's not gym quality or an gym intense workout. But for the price, I get my heart rate up and burn some calories. No assembly needed, it's sturdy and the digital screen works just fine. I do wish the range of motion was better but I got used to it. The cords are to long so I knotted them and that worked although sometimes I just put it by the counter and hold on to that with my left hand. It's hard to get used to not having handles. Until I get back to the gym, this will work just fine.”

“This product shipped quickly. The size is perfect for compact storage or office use. It is sturdy and functional. There was an odor/chemical smell like it was sprayed with something during production or prior to shipping. I used disinfectant wipes prior to use, but that has not diminished the smell's intensity. I was disappointed with the lack of tension I could manually apply by twisting the knob in front. The display screen has remained off/blank (it may require a new battery). Overall, it will serve my needs.”
“I wasn't expecting that balancing on the stepper would be an issue, but because the foot pads are angled back you need to lean forward to keep from falling off. I would set up near a couch or comfy chair the first few times you use it until you get the hang of how you need to position yourself on the stepper.”
