“The media could not be loaded.
At 1st it was making a loud crunching sound while in use. I just jumped on it really quick to get a feel for it. In a few steps the sound was loud, however I thought that part could be manageable. Nope. The next thing I noticed was the counter. I set the machine to the side until I had a chance to read the instructions. I wanted to be sure the noise and no display wasn't user error. Manual says it should come on with the 1st step. I was on it for 5 minutes with no display power. I had my phone in my pocket to count my steps. It seems to only really work the thighs. I'm okay with that. It's a lower impact variation of the elliptical glider I use. In 5 minutes I did about 450 steps and got my heart rate up to 140 bpm with no sweat. As far as a workout, it is a low impact option to other forms of exercise. Boring, yes - very brain numbing. I can increase my heart rate to 150 bpm doing 50 squats and 50 pushups. I could feel my thighs tightening as I used this machine.I gave it 1 star because it's noisey. For a brand new machine it sounds worse than my 5 year old glider. Plus the display doesn't work. Why pay for something that is broken directly out of the box?”
“With gyms closed and the scale showing terrifying numbers, I wanted to buy something to get our hearts pumping a bit and burn what we eat. I got that thing from the TRAKK warehouse. I knew it would be in perfect state, someone mistreated it and then sent it back but I take that risk pretty often and I'm rarely disappointed. Anyway it arrived with a dent but who cares? I got it for a good price. The screen works perfectly, no problem there. I thought it wouldn't work because of all the reviews saying it doesn't. Anyway it kicks me and my boyfriend's butt. We try to do 10 minutes after dinner and it's hard! I think we're at the basic strength too! I don't see a difference in my figure because it's surely not enough to make one, but it does help break a sweat and staying healthy, so if we weren't so lazy we could also do lunges and squats, some planks, and get a more complete workout, but the summer is ruined anyway and days are mixing up into a time soup. Anyway I like it, great addition to a home gym if you need quick cardio in your workout!”
“Since I haven't been able to hit the gym because of the pandemic, this has been helping me to get some workout done at home. Range of motion is somewhat limited and you can't really control resistance level unlike elliptical. It's just simple machine that you can do the walk at home - plain, nothing fancy. It doesn't take up too much space and I store it under the desk when I don't use it. Therefore - not much of an eyesore like a bulky treadmill. It does make some squeaky noise from time to time when the surface by the wire gets little abrasive, but WD-40 can lubricate it easily. This is more of a general tip, but make sure you cover your floor when spraying WD-40. It is a manual grease and may grease your floor too. Otherwise you'll wind up being like me regretting wiping off the floor.”
“I LOVE this brand's products. This is our second from them, first was the elliptical. This is a great deal and an intense workout. The resistance bands are no joke, and the stepper works smoothly, and while I use my apple watch for tracking my workout, the step count is good/accurate and is a nice touch. For anyone worried about "balance" - simple pull the resistance bands to your hip and hold there, sometimes you'll need a break from the bands anyways because even at their "longest" they are still a great workout.I use the bands to lean also, from side to side, and maintain balance to ensure i'm working different areas AROUND my calves/ankles and not just staying in on space. This is crucial for hockey that I play to lean and shift weight constantly. This is an INTENSE workout, but don't be surprised if you struggle to do 5-10 minutes. Do what you can, and you'll feel results immediately. The small size of this is great as I can put it anywhere, anytime and do a quick workout. HUGE FAN!”
“What an awesome way to get in your steps! I bought it to keep near my home office desk since I have been working remotely due to pandemic. It is a well designed and well made stepper. I've been using it daily for a month now and my quads, hamstrings, and glutes are clearly toned and defined! It came assembled, all you need to do is attach the resistance bands and tighten the knob at the bottom and you will be all set!!! Highly recommend this product. I LOVE mine!”
“Super duper happy with this purchase! I'll hop on it for a bit whenever I'm watching television. I even have my indoor workout sneakers for it!Before I even thought of opening it, though, I ordered some WD-40. Due to other reviews I read about parts breaking or squeaking, I wanted to make sure I was taking care of it properly from the get go.The instructions & setting it up were all easy-peasy. I didn't even need the WD-40. Also, they have YouTube video workouts to follow that take 15-20 minutes, more or less. Can't beat the price & size, either!”
