“Great value and delivers a remarkably efficient workout with a tiny, space saving package.Anybody who is looking to begin an exercise program should start right here.I am a former marathoner who used to run up to 70 miles per week in training, but unfortunately as a resultof injuries, weather and time constraints, just cannot pound mileage on the road anymore. And as a result of Covid, going to the gym on a regular or even semi regular basis right now isn't particularly appealing to me. So, I figured what do I have to lose, I'll give this little thing a try.It did not disappoint. It gives you a total body workout, legs, upper body, and cardio. I had worked up a sweat in about 12 minutes and after 30 minutes was drenched, so if you are skeptical as I was that this can provide an adequate workout, you can put your fears aside.Only thing I'm concerned about is the durability aspect of it, but barring that this thing is a home run if you are tight on space or budget or both.Awesome.”
“This stepper does the job of getting some exercise in while we are stuck at home during this pandemic. The hydraulics does get hot after 10-15 minutes of usage. The tension ring needs to be tightened frequently or else it'll have no resistance. As other reviewers have mentioned, it does drip oil so make sure you have a mat under it. We also noticed some rubber scrabs on the mat after a session.”
“I've been using this stepper for two weeks now. I'm close to 220 lbs, the max weight for this machine. For the first week, I did 3 15-minute sessions per week. This week, I've done daily sessions from 25-45 minutes. No problems so far--none of the noise or leaking grease/fluid mentioned in some reviews. The resistance cylinders do get very hot, so place this on a surface that can handle some heat--bare floor, concrete, not a plush carpet. The height is adjustable, but the range of motion is still relatively limited, which I factored in to my decision to buy, given the price and reviews. Whether 15 or 45 mins, it's a serious workout, and I'm thrilled to be able to get a good sweat and cardio blast while in lockdown.”
“This arrived in a damaged box, so perhaps mine is a special case, but had two issues: #1: leaking small black dust from the get-go. #2) Then leaking oil from cylinder. TRAKK made an exception and let me do a returnees refund for it, so I am getting a second, and will report on whether that one holds up better. It's a shame because I had the old Sunny stair stepper with arms and loved that thing but it broke after a few years. I hope the company will catch up in production and get that one back out on the market!”
“I've been looking for a way to work out my legs at a reasonable cost. This not only works the legs but the arms as well. I'm 73 years old and my legs are not what they used to be. This product allows me to get a good workout without killing myself trying. I love the machine would not hesitate to buy another if this broke down for any reason. There is no sign of that and I could not be happier with my purchase.”
“I purchased this for my standing desk, as I have trouble standing in one spot for extended periods of time. It's a great way to get in a workout while reading emails. I haven't yet mastered the art of composing an email while working out, but I look forward to that. You can definitely get a workout by bouncing up and down (my boss enjoys laughing at me "prancing"), but it's easier in Zoom meetings to use more core control to not bounce up and down so much. I haven't had the courage to do a full-on workout while in a meeting yet, but looking forward to that too!”
“It was great and convenient to use to get my steps in when the weather didn't allow me go for walks in the morning or evening during this pandemic.Very compact and nice to have while multitasking.H O W E V E R, not very good quality. Started to get loud after daily use over the course of a couple months. Then one bolt kept slipping off after about 5 months of consistent use.Now after 6 months.... it broke. So I ordered another one from a different company, a little more expensive. Maybe you get what you pay for.”
“I was looking for a low impact workout machine on a budget and with not a lot of space. This works great for me, and has me getting exercise in the winter, which is always harder. I've changed my rating, since in the short time I had it the top left end of the bar sheared off, under the cover there was a screw. I've heard they have great customer service, but it didn't feel safe to order the same brand again.”
