TRAKK Fitness Mini Stepper w/ Reviews

3.8 Rating 172 Reviews
I don't have a lot of space in my home, so this stepper fits just right. I am elderly and was able to lift it and go down the stairs where my other exercise equipment is set up. It was also easy to set up: just open the box, take it out of it's nice foam packing, turn the little black nob on the bottom in back until the cable is firm but not too tight, push the red go button between the toe area, and start stepping, The little black nob can be adjusted to make it harder or easier to use the steps. Can't beat TRAKK's pricing which included delivery right to my front door.

So this product isn't terrible. I always loved the stepped at the gym for my warm up before my muscle workout and I've missed it since working out from home cause of covid so I thought I'd buy this since it's small/easy to store and much like a stepper at the gym. It is nice and is a good warm up, not exactly the same, but it's ok and is good enough for the time being.

This is a great little device for a reasonable price! You definitely need to follow the directions and set it up properly at the start. Once you are ready it is a little hard to get the hang of the angle of the step and the motion. I find it best if I get in a standing cycling position, slight lean forward and engage my core for balance. I find the tension cords a little awkward and prefer to use light hand weights to increase the intensity and work on my arms. Once you have your upper and lower body going it is easy to get your heart rate going, I try to work between 130-150 bpm max. I had intended to take this to work at my standing computer work station, but I am breaking too much of a sweat, so I like this for a quick at home workout. Also, is very quiet, so I can workout without disturbing anyone early in the morning, my old elliptical was very loud. I would definitely recommend giving this stepper a try.

This ended up being something all the kids in the house use and love. Due to a back injury, I wanted to see if I could used something like this before I got a treadmill. It gets more use than I ever dreamed with my 10 year old granddaughter. I barely see her when she visits as she is either using a yoga mat or this stepper. Considering they all always just sit in front of devices, this is a huge score.I would like to add the quality of this little thing is outstanding.

I love this little thing! This gets me fired up within a minute if using it! I really couldn't figure out the little screen they have on there but i don't normally look anyway. This machine is super effective. Cardio plus leg work out plus arms. Love it!Tip, if you think you are getting outbalanced, i find it easier if you were holding the bands, it will also give you a better hit to your core. I really love the added resistance bands! The only thing i absolute hate is that it's so SLIPPERY!! I literally slid when i first used it, is slippery where you put your foot on, there is no anti-skid whatsoever so i just put some of the resistance bands i have and that helped the issue. Maybe I'll update if i discover other ways to use it.

When I think about stair steppers, I think of the weird box thing my mom had in the 90s. Well, this is not your mommas stair stepper! I love that you can adjust the difficulty, and have the option of using resistance bands. The little counter is simple, but gets the job done. I will say, my feet usually end up more sore than my legs or arms. Because the steps are so close together, I tend to lean forward a little, which is more just something for me to get used to than an actual complaint. I'm a little wary of the reviews saying that the cable has snapped after a couple of months of use, but I plan to use this thing everyday and hopefully if it breaks it will still be in the return period!

I have used a stepper like this one for the past 11 years. My previous one finally became worn out, and I purchased this one to replace it. It is of excellent quality, sturdy and functional. It has a knob on it which you can use to adjust the level of intensity of the pressure which works very well.I am very pleased with this stepper, and I use it daily. I am happy to recommend it without reservation.

Love it, I read what others said and oiled it before use, I've had issues with aging and this does a world of good, dr said to strengthen your thigh muscles to keep knees in place so that was my intent when my hubby got it for me, I have worked out in gym in the past so it's not new to me, with covid19 it's best to refine how you work out and I absolutely love it!
