TRAKK Fitness Mini Stepper w/ Reviews

I love my mini stepper! I got this mini stepper so I can continue my daily walk even in bad weather or when I don't have time for a full walk outside. I walked all over my school campus before the pandemic and wanted to keep up my activity when working from home. I got it just in time for the big winter storm that hit Texas - couldn't walk out in the snow! I love that it doesn't require electricity and has a small foot print. I live in less than 500 square feet so it's great that this stepper slides right under my loft bed futon. The arm band attachments really provide a good arm workout. It's also solid and well-made. I highly recommend this product!

Love this little stepper. We keep it hidden next to a chair in the family room so anyone watching tv can use the stepper rather than loafing on the sofa! It's awesome, works great, quiet. We all just walk by it and randomly hop on whenever, even if its just for a minute or two. It's a great solution for those who like watching tv but get restless and need busy work at the same time. We've been using this daily for two months now, works like a champ, no problems.

This arrived early, in great packaging. Setup was quick, only had to tighten the tension knob. The pedals go very high at the heel when it's fully tightened, which will be good later, but loosening the knob allows the stepper to make much lower steps. Although it does have pads on the bottom of the foot pedals, it still makes a bit of noise when they hit the bar at the low point of your step, so I'll be wrapping a towel around that bar to make it quieter. Pleased with my purchase so far.

Made in China (although you don't find out until you open the box and they hide it inside another labeled box) but it was assembled in good condition. The Mini Stepper came fully assembled and functioned well under 160-170 lbs. Compared to stair master machines the Mini Stepper does not give you a muscular leg work out since it only functions to simulate running in place. By pulling on the straps you can give yourself a small amount of balance but not much. The stepper can not be placed outdoors in cold temperatures - it works best in warm temps. The foot pads have safety spikes on them which force you to wear running shoes. All in all it is worth the small amount you pay for it. The four floor grips are not made out of firm rubber instead cheap plastic that will break over time and scratch your floor. .

This is a great way to get some physical activity in without having to go to a gym to so it. It had easy instructions to complete assembly and very easy to follow exercise videos on YouTube that you can make a part of your personal regimen. The only thing left is to motivate yourself to do it.

I bought this for my kid, who has been taking the family's stepper to keep in their room. I chose this because it was smaller (their room is small) and the comparison table claimed it had "twist action" like the larger version. In the larger version, the pedals are set at an angle to the floor so that stepping feels more natural. In this version, the pedals are set parallel to the floor, and the motion is not as comfortable. Unfortunately, we held onto it for too long before deciding it won't work, but we will try to sell it via an online yardsale. But beware that this is not just a smaller version, it actually has fewer features.

Absolutely love this mini stepper. Easy to move around if needed. I was just using it the night before while watching TV in the living room, and now I have it upstairs in my office while working remotely. I'll go on the steps every hour to keep my legs from falling asleep! You learn quickly what works well, whether you're using the resistance band, holding weights or leaning over a bit & holding onto a counter as if bicycling, etc. You can easily break out a sweat too. I also like that I am in control of my pace, stepping slower to feel the burn or faster to up my heartrate.

For this price, I expected a lot more. I usually workout on an elliptical or treadmill, but since the virus I have to workout at home. This machine has hardly any range, your feet barely move. The angle of the foot pads is very unnatural. It was even hard to stand on it, but even after getting used to it, it just was a terrible workout. The size is convenient, I live in an apartment. And the stepper counts accurately, but again, not worth the money.
