“I been using this everyday under 2 months and it just broke 5mins ago. Oh gosh, I can't believe what i did wrong to it. I use it everyday about 20mins every time. Maybe I'm not read the manual paper so that why the string underneath of the machine het hot and blown out. I dont know what to do. “I have been doing 30 minutes jogging every day in the morning for a while. Because the limit space at my home, I got this machine thinking it would keep me exercising when the weather is getting colder or on a rainy day. After three weeks, I decided to return it. I didn't have problem of broken machine as most of 1 star reviewers mentioned but here are the reason I decide to return this Machine.•The range of motion on the paddle is too small so really doesn't allow you take a full step, as the result, it doesn't provide a good work out. It feels like you are just just tiptoeing at the same place.•It is very difficult to adjust the knob at the bottom for the paddles. My hands are small, it almost took me forever to it to turn the knob and adjusted, it would be mission impossible for someone who have bigger hands to grab and turn the knob.•This stepper was incredibly hard to get the hang of. It's hard to adjust and get the pedals going. What I want is a device that's not going to burnout your muscles but exhaust you as a whole. This Stepper is obviously NOT the one.”
“I can't afford my dream setup: 60" Vari Electric adjustable desk with GoPlus treadmill and VIVO Dragonn kneeling chair.... Yet.While I try to get profitable remote work taking classes and training galore, I've been looking for a piece of equipment to help wIth lockdown exercise while online. This Sunny seems to be the solution. It is lightweight and completely ready right out the box. Only the optional stretching arm bands to attach on the front. It has a simple counter for steps and calories burned. Turned the tension clockwise to max step elevation as per instructions and stepped on. Nice and smooth wIth very little noise. I used it on the living room rug and that muffled the step even more. The perfect thing was how compact it is and it fits perfectly under my standing desk. I had to adjust the desk height to accommodate my new heels, and lucky I had enough to make it comfortable to watch my laptop screen. I'll have to learn to coordinate movements using computer while leisurely stepping.I love the portability! I can easily swap it out for my ergomat when I want to stop walking. I could use it on the mat, but I didn't want to chance putting large dents or creating a hold in my mat. I'm looking forward to this week's work and racking up more steps! Will update if anything new.”
“I very rarely write reviews, but this product warrants one. I am a senior citizen that does not exercise enough, if at all. I am having health issues that are simply a result of the extra pounds I carry. My goal is to lose 20 pounds and after reading the reviews on this product, I purchased it. It basically came put together which was an added bonus for this senior citizen. My first time on it I was amazed at the overall affect that I could feel almost instantly. I wasn't able to do much initially, but was motivated by the almost instant burn, to increase the steps and arm exercises on a daily basis. I am not one to write reviews so please take heed. This is an excellent product that I look forward to using. I plan on showing my doctor that I am serious about getting into shape and I have this product to thank! I highly recommend it, especially for those who don't like to exercise. I will put this in front of the TV and exercise to one of my favorite shows!”
“I like to be able to exercise while watching TV in the living room because this exercise machine can easily do walking and arm exercises in a small space.However, I sometimes lose focus when I exercise and this exercise machine shakes.When I do the walking exercise, I always do the exercise with my feet centered forward.I think it's because this exercise machine is a bit lighter.Anyway, I think it's working great given the price of this exercise machine.Thank you!!!”
“Unequivocally--Do NOT Buy this defective product. Search for Broken Bolt in reviews and you will find that the Bolt is prone to breaking after just few months of usage. Unfortunately I did not research the reviews well and ended up buying it. Beware: When the bolt breaks -- and you are not properly balanced, you may fall down or sprain your ankle. I can understand something breaking from rough usage after 2-3 years -- but I used this carefully and just a few minutes everyday. Over the years, I have NEVER had a product break like so. This is a defective product/design, They use what appears to be a cast iron bolt instead of high alloy steel. Worse is, since the bolt is welded, you cannot just replace it with another bolt -- which I think is a scam, because there is no reason for the bolt head to be welded. When I contacted the seller that the bolt broke within 10 months, they wanted $20 to ship a new bolt. I have so many bolts lying around or could buy one for a couple bucks at Home Depot, but since they decided to weld the bolt (see pic), I now just have to trash the whole equipment. Some reviews I read complain that the bolt breaks every few months. So this would be a recurring expense of $20 every few months for you -- kind of like a printer makers selling print cartridges for huge bucks -- every few months. I am surprised that TRAKK has this listed as "TRAKK Choice". I will definitely complain to TRAKK too as soon as I can find the link.Bottom Line: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND RISK INJURY TO YOURSELF WHEN THE BOLT INEVITABLY BREAKS--WHICH IT WILL.”
“Excellent low cost product. I have been so lazy since the pandemic started and this has been a fun way to get back to fitness. I was sore from using 10 minutes (this is where I'm at lol but I'll work my way up to longer sessions). And I can't even do the arms for the full 10 so resistance bands are great for beginners. I do wish the range of motion was just a tad bit more of a higher step, but I'm sure there is a reason the designers of this product had to do that. Seriously an awesome, low cost product. I'm 130 lbs, my boyfriend is 200 lbs and we are both able to get use of it. Will update this review if it doesn't last or breaks but so far SO GOOD!”
“This is my third and final updated review of this machine. The fact that you can get a great workout from this machine is still true, the problem is that the machine is simply not durable. After using the machine about 7 times something just went wrong. It suddenly became wobbly, shaky, and loose feeling. Tightening all possible screws and bolts did not help. Increasing the tension did not help either. This was my third stepping machine and none lasted. It is possible that the heat generated just simply ruins the mechanism. The machine gets very hot at the bottom, if you decide to get it, a mat is strongly recommended. And with this specific model be careful adjusting the tension as all the parts at the bottom get very hot.”
