“This stepper is sturdy, solidly built, easy to assemble, and full of features, such as the resistance bands toprovide upper body workout while stepping, and the step counter/ calorie counter/ timer. When we first received this product, the screen didn't work. The Sunny team was excellent in working with us and sent us a new screen and install instructions! Now it works perfectly and my wife says it's a better workout than the stair master at the gym. Other TRAKK vendors, take note: THIS is how you should treat customers. Nobody wants to dismantle a product and ship it back for a refund then try to buy it again. If something doesn't work, SEND US A FREE REPLACEMENT like Sunny did! They've earned a customer for life.”
“This stepper has saved my exercise routine since quarantine! I have a high counter so I set up a "treadmill desk" kind of situation where I use the stepper while I work from home. When I'm not using it I just slide it under my bed. I live in a studio apartment and don't have the money for a real treadmill so this has been an awesome affordable alternative. The *one* downside is that the stepper started squeaking when I use it which is annoying. Maybe there's a way to fix that but I'm not sure.”
“Product itself seems to serve its purpose. The only complaint is that I have a feeling it's not going to serve that long, the way it's built is pretty weak. The wheel for the cord under the feet appears to maneuver itself loose a lot. I always have to retighten the cords that pumps the feet powering stepping pads.You get what you pay for I guess.”
“This is definitely the best purchase I've made on TRAKK. I was skeptical that the range of motion wouldn't be enough to get my heart rate going, but wow was I wrong! Just the stepper alone with resistance gets my heart rate up and fires up my quads, hamstrings, and glutes. The bands attached to this work my upper body better than any other bands I have used. I really believe this gives a great workout. And, being able to store it away or use it anywhere is a wonderful bonus. Very happy with this product. Definitely recommend!”
