“This is pretty comfortable and the heating pad part is great. The reason I gave 3 stars is because the vibration part of this is just a small spot on the top outside of the shoulder. I would have liked it better if the vibration part was more spread out to help with a more all over pain. Or if the vibration part could be moved to where its needed.”
“Got this for my wife because she has a shoulder/neck problem. This is a little hard to fit onto the problem area's but it seemed to help her. She had to be sitting in a chair when using it. Can't lay down in a bed with it on...”
“Fits ok but vibrating unit is big and bulky and down right uncomfortable. Heat is good and fit is ok (I'm 5' 10" & 180lbs). Vibrating unit makes the fit poor. It's a big oval lump.The strap is not very comfortable under the arm opposite the support and holds the supported shoulder too close to the body for full comfortThe vibrating unit is quite loud but effective.”
“The features are easy to manage and love the remote. Sadly, only vibration! I am shocked they advertise this as a massage device. I have a massage chair and back massager in another room so clearly know the difference. The vibration does not penetrate the area of the arm that is needed for healing. I am 5'7, 120lbs and have thin arms.”
“First off this is suppose to be a shoulder heat and massager. The massager only reaches the upper arm and not even able to get to the top of the shoulder. What a disappointment of a product and the way it is described. I want to be able to get the top by the should blade massaged not my upper arm. Would be great if it included a usb cable to it could be plugged in a battery pack so I could be mobile instead of sitting here. Even while sitting the cord is only about 4 feet in length which is too restrictive.”
“I have had frozen shoulder for a couple of years now... constant aches and pain, decrease in range of motion, and just tightness all around. I've had steroid injections that lasts about 6 mos and then starts all over again. Then, my son started up baseball again and complained of shoulder pain from the constant throwing and pitching. The plain heat pads slide off b/c it's not designed for the shoulder. So, we got this. OMG, what a huge relief... it's adjustable, comfortable, and easy to use. I am telling all my baseball moms about this one.”
