“Just got it a couple of days ago. Seems to work fine. Vibration good but could be a little stronger in the highest setting. Has different intensity from low to high for vibrations. Heating element works fine.Stitching was crooked on the X shape pad but I just cover it with the battery pack. I am sure mine just has a flaw. So I would say quality is ok but not Great! Beside that it fit pretty good. I brought the last one so maybe it was a previous return.I would buy it again for a friend but if the stitching was still not straight I would return it. But for me not a real problem item still works fine.”
“Its a heated massager. My father in law uses it against an old shoulder injury he has. Using it for about 20-30 min's while he's on the couch is enough to give him some pain relief. It works best when it's on the skin and not off of a t shirt.”
“I was really looking forward to using this product for shoulder pain. I am a petite person and it had enough adjustments to fit pretty well. I charged it up and put it on and the heated area is very small and disappointing. Mainly just one spot of heat and the rest of my shoulder had none. I gave it a good try, I did like the cordless feature so I could move freely but I felt like it gave me almost no relief, I could hardly feel the heat and it was in one spot. I went back to using a classic heating pad that I can wrap around my shoulder, tie on and get heat distributed all around my shoulder. No comparison. A big waste of money :(”
“Great for mobility with my frozen shoulder. Can't always walk around with a heating pad on it. The vibrations can be distracting when working, so I only use that function when not at work. Can be a bit bulky with the battery pack on the outside.”
