Absolutely ridiculous apparatus for shoulder pain relief. Not recommended at all. Couldn't even get it on to stay in place properly. Definitely not for people with wide shoulders.

I have been suffering from frozen shoulder pain for a month. After trying to use the heating pad for only 2 hours last night, my pain has been greatly relieved today. I put the heating pad directly on my shoulders without other fillings. Even if the stone is hot, I can bear it. In fact, I often push the mat to the skin because the mat is a bit big for me. It's amazing. I heard that there was a stone used to stop shoulder pain. I think these gems may be that kind of special gems. It is indeed working! ! well!

My doctor recommended physiotherapy for my shoulder. Instead I ordered this device and found around 50% less pain on my first use. Only used it 5 times and it is recuperating my shoulder a bit more every time. Highly recommend.

The strap across the chest was not comfortable. For a man, I could see it being ok, but not for me. It's been used several times, but the "prong" that goes in to battery pack has broken off. I tried to charge but their was a park. Unable to charge. Not a good purchase

Heat feels good, fit not bad but “vibration' is too rough and loud.

the instructions are so poorly written, and product arrives with many different pieces, I simply couldn't put it together. I bought the item for my wife and asked her to help me....she said for me to return it for the reason above and the fact she wouldn't be able to assemble it herself if she were alone. The product certainly is not worth a fifty dollar price tag.
