“I recently chose it because of shoulder discomfort. I have used it several times so far and it works very well. I really like this heating pad. It wraps around the shoulders and can actually heat and massage very well, which many people do not. Well-made and high-quality, unless you don't find a manual, you do a great job. I highly recommend it! It makes my shoulder feel very comfortable and minimizes discomfort. I will continue to use it.”
“The first one I'd bought (different brand) lasted 2 days! This one has been working for several weeks, and I wear it to work everyday. The heating feature really helps create circulation and reduce pain. When at home, I'd plug in the AC adapter and use the vibration & heat modes to relax my shoulder.It would be nice if it uses USB instead, so that I could use a higher capacity battery at work, the battery supplied only lasts 2 hours.”
“Product fits well and is adjustable to make it stay where you strap it on, which had me impressed at first. Unfortunately, the first one I purchased arrived with both massagers broken/nonfunctional. I got a replacement sent via Prime, and the first couple times I used it, it was excellent, and helped allow me to stretch my shoulder in ways I hadn't been able to since injuring it over a year ago. Unfortunately again, this is where the praise ends. For a costly shoulder massager and heating pad combo, I chalked the first bad device up to a manufacturing fluke. Now, after approximately 5 hours combined use in half hour increments, one half of the device stopped working (no heat or vibration on one side). Will be returning the 2nd one, and shopping for something that is better built. It's a real shame too, as I really liked how this one fit, but it's far from worth it for a device that doesn't even survive a week of gentle use.”
