“Shoulder pad may work, but can't open battery supply hatch on the remote. Think it may have been a return and broken. Too late to return it, So I have something I can't use.”
“I have used this device 3 times over the past 4 months. First two times were great. The 3rd time I've used it the heating element went out and doesn't turn on. I am out of the 30 day return otherwise this would be going back. I have a torn labrum and rotator cuff and bought this to help with the rehab. Nice when it worked but failed at the 3rd use.”
