“When you have one arm that is not working so well it is really hard to get the chest strap around you and tightened. You need a second person to do this for you, which is a problem if you live alone like I do. I tried to use this without the chest strap and it is too loose to get the full effect of the heat and massage. Because it is such a struggle to get on, I don't use it as much as I would like to. Not sure if I would order it again. If you have somebody to help you strap yourself in, I would highly recommend this item.”
“It was comfortable yet a bit complicated to attach to shoulder with your opposite hand. The tiny remote could be easy to loose and replace batteries.The heat and massage componant felt great, WHEN IT WAS WORKING. I had the unit for about 2 months when it stopped working. It was too late to return it. I would NOT rrecommend this!”
“Smells so bad of chemicals I couldn't use it. Not sure if it's the storage in the warehouse or what, but it would give me a migraine if I used this product with that smell. And it's an electronic, not like you can wash it.”
“Very disappointed with this and plan to return. First, the condition seemed that it had been used before and returned. Difficult to put on, lukewarm temperature, and two small massage units that only affect the immediate area. No overall massage.”
