“I got this belt for Christmas and I use it in my car while I drive to and from work, I bought a car charger for it. I love the heater, it works really well and can get pretty warm. There are different settings and modes for massages, which are like different vibration patterns. The heat and the vibrations help soothe my back and helps to get my muscles to relax early in the morning and after a long day at work. I I also really love the material, it's so soft. “I have been pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the back pad. It does not replace a human massage, but the vibration is sufficient for relaxing the muscles. The heat only has two settings, and I could not tell a difference, but it is not overwhelming hot, nor is it just barely warm. The heat seemed appropriate and easily controlled by the switch (i.e., cycle on and off it too hot). The only very minor complaint is the need to plug it in for a DC powered unit. But other than that, it is a good device for the price, and I am pleased with its performance -- not perfect, but pretty darn good value for a back heating pad/massager.”
