TRAKK Mini Elliptical Machine Reviews

4 Rating 100 Reviews
This is my second purchase of this machine. My first one lasted 10 years before the right wheel loosened and would go off the metal plate at the front.I've had this machine a month. Within a week the right arm started clunking. Now, both wheels squeak excessively, and I definitely feel a slight resistance in the right arm. I wanted to use this while on business calls but there's no way that I can do that. I'm going to call them and see if I can get this resolved, but based on other reviews it seems like it's very difficult to reach the manufacturer.Really disappointed...

This elliptical is smaller in size so it does fit well under a desk, but it is so loud I cannot use it at work unless I'm trying to drive my co-workers crazy. It is so loud, you can hear it clear down the hall. When in manual mode, there is no way to increase or decrease the tension. If you're going to spend $150.00 for an elliptical - please spend a little more and get a Cubii Jr. -- Much better product. I would love to return this item, but I would have to return it to CHINA and it would cost me almost as much as I spent to purchase it to send it back. Live and learn -- it was a very expensive lesson.

love it--- I engage in mindless exercise all of the time in front of the tv set while doing other sedentary activities like using my ipad, kindle, or going through my calendar and scrounging for other things in my big tote bag. Hours otherwise spent sedentary are spent with my legs circulating with the elliptical and I can feel it in my hips and legs. Normally I spend so much time just sitting and not doing any exercise--now I can spend hours exercising while engaging in other activities sitting down. I have started doing more yoga again since once you start becoming more active--your body automatically wants to move more. I am very happy with this purchase and it was very easy to put together--no extra work kit needed--just the small metal "tools" that came in the pkg with all the parts that you would need and very simple instructions. I am not someone with good handyman skills--but it took me about 15 minutes to put the entire thing together.

I was extremely disappointed with this elliptical. NOWHERE did it state or even give a clue that you have to put the whole thing together! I didn't even take any of it out of the box. It's so heavy I can't lift it. I told TRAKK I wanted to return it and they said fine. The problem is none of the UPS drivers will pick it up at my apartment. So it sits in the hallway next to my door. I can't even give it away because it has to be built.

It was pretty easy to put together for the most part, it's just awkwardly shaped. It'd be best in one spot that you don't ever move it from (again because of the shape, plus it's a little heavy). It did start squeaking after about half an hour of use, but was fixed super easy when I literally just put scotch tape on the metal base where the wheels touch. Doesn't make one sound.I doesn't hurt to use it without shoes on because your entire foot fits on it. Your feet will slide a bit if you're wearing just socks though.Overall, yeah it's a bit expensive, but the best one I've found (after I stopped the squeak).

-1 * because when I received this product it was used and I ordered a new product. and minus another star because I know why it was sent back, it was sent back because it doesn't work together the holes in the foot didn't fit the machine. but once I figured out a way to make it work it is a wonderful machine it's whisper quiet and perfect for somebody who is just sitting watching television doesn't hurt my knees or anything else so it's a great machine.

Needed something convenient, quiet and small. With this I can bust out a quick, 15-20 minute session, or go for as long as 45 minutes or even an hour if I had to. I can use it at odd times of the day, sometimes even later at night, thanks to the quietness. So I've pretty much doubled my rate of exercise because I don't have much of an excuse not to work out. After a few months of using it, it still retains its quietness and smooth operation. It's stable, more so if you can keep a fairly mid-low, and centered, center of balance (which can be difficult if' you're tall, and/or drop your weight from side to side when you use ellipticals or stairclimbers and the like). It's probably not as good as the full size elliptical, but it suits my purposes just fine.12/2017 still functions ok but the display constantly resets itself and so is useless and not as motivational to use10/2020 — .....and it's the year of COVID. Now that gyms are sketchy at best, and outdoors is ok only if it's not too crowded, I've been getting a lot of exercise on this machine. In fact, I wore it out. It's super loud and clangy; Something inside sounds loose and uneven and I can't access the interior without an impact wrench or similar. It's been six years, so I guess the wear and tear is expected, more so the way I've been using it. Just received my second one and it's back to being quiet and smooth — no more hoping my neighbors won't kill me for all the noise

This is so nice. My wife and I both trade off using it. The only strange thing is that you must have a perfectly positioned chair or you'll be positioned awkwardly. Forget about using anything that rocks: you'll be laying down quickly as you keep pushing the back away from yourself.Great for quick exercise and that's the idea. Very small so easy to tuck away when not in use, but you realize why stationary bikes have their own seat when you try to use your own with this.
